
Governor Mills Opioid Response Summit & Seminars are part of the state’s strong commitment to fighting the opioid epidemic. The Summit and Seminars convene leaders from across Maine to share ideas, strategies, and best practices to help Maine people and families affected by this public health crisis. The summit’s theme reflects the personal and societal challenges of substance use disorder and opportunities to build a better, kinder future together. Seminars are held on the first Friday of every month from 11:30-12:30, see the link below to register.

Our presenter will be Michael Freysinger, Recovery Manager at the Office of Behavioral Health. Gordon Smith, Director of Opioid Response will moderate.
A reminder that these monthly webinars are all free of charge and offered the first Friday of each month at 11:30am. The webinars will continue up to the 8th Annual Governor’s Opioid Response Summit being held this year on July 16th in Bangor at the Cross Insurance Center.
